This happens in cold or in stress and an attack can last for a few minutes to even an hour. When the blood flow resumes again then the affected area first turns red and go back to its usual colour. In many cases, people who are suffering from Reynaud’s can also show signs of the same on fingers at both hands and the attacks can last for several hours as well. People with secondary Reynaud’s symptoms can often face some burning or stinging sensations and can also develop a painful gangrene or ulcerations.
